One to one support

If you would like one to one support there are various options available. This can be home based, gym based, outdoors or any combination you prefer. One to one sessions are charged on an hourly basis.

Hourly rates of:

Individual – £25

Partner sessions – £20 each per hour.

4 Week Training Programme – £30

This will include:

  • a consultation where we will discuss your goals and establish your current levels of exercise and fitness (in doing so, we will set a baseline to monitor progress);
  • a customised 4 week training programme tailored to your goals, time available, other commitments, exercise preferences;
  • ongoing phone and email support for the 4 weeks of the programme;
  • a 30 minute PT session at the end of the 4 weeks to review progress and discuss progression if required.

Fitness Assessment – £25

If you would simply like to undertake a fitness test for your own information and not as part of a programme, this option is available. The session will last approximately 60 minutes and will consist of:

Resting Heart Rate

  • Blood Pressure
  • Weight
  • Height
  • Body measurements
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Body fat analysis
  • A variety of testing for cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength / endurance

You will also receive a copy of your results.

Nutrition Advice – £20

I can provide nutritional advice to accompany your training programme or this can be completed as a separate package. You will be required to keep a food diary for a week which will then be analysed and used to develop a nutrition plan tailored to your goals and objectives.


All packages will include a fitness assessment as part of the first session. This will allow us to determine a baseline against which we can monitor progress and will help me design a programme that is tailored for you, based around your short to long term goals and any weaknesses that appear in the tests. The tests are repeated throughout your training programme, this way we can monitor your progress against your goals. Please note that dependent on your goals and health history not all tests will be necessary.

Fitness assessment – £15 (£10 discount)

1 hour session per week – £25 x 4 = £100 (1 session free) = £75

Gold – £190

Initial assessment – FREE

Fitness assessment – £15 (£10 discount)

2 hour sessions per week – £25 x 2 = £50 x 4 = £200 (2 sessions free) = £150

Platinum – £265

Initial assessment – FREE

Fitness assessment – £15 (£10 discount)

3 hour sessions per week – 3 x £25 = £75 x 4 = £300 (3 sessions free) = £225
