Fit ‘n Nappy

Fit ‘n Nappy is a Pre and Post Natal exercise service aimed at mums to be and new mums. Mixing fitness with friendship and fun, programmes are designed to help pregnant ladies maintain health and fitness during pregnancy and help new mums get back into shape after having a baby.

A typical session will include:

– relaxation techniques

– light cardio-vascular exercise

– functional upper and lower body muscular endurance

– core and pelvic floor strengthening.

Taking place at Studio Five, Newton Hall Monday at 8pm. If you can’t decide which is the right exercise for you, or you just like the idea of putting a little variety into your workouts, then Circuit Training is perfect for you. We do a wide range of different exercise activities, one after the other, all in one fast-paced class. Everything from squat jumps and bench presses to rowing and weight lifting, with the main aim being use of all the key muscle groups


Join me at Studio Five, Newton Hall for our early bird spinning sessions. Classes start at 6.30am, what better way to begin the day than watching the sun come up whilst you kickstart your metabolism before spending the rest of the day feeling amazing!
